All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying technology — are owned by Technolica, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Technolica holds two United States patents (US 10,506,057 B2 and US 11,102,609 B2) covering aspects of our AI-powered document compliance technology.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or transmit through our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant Technolica a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
For our AEC products (ZoneTap AI Tools), documents are processed in server memory under our zero-data-persistence architecture and are immediately deleted after analysis. We do not retain, store, or access Your Content beyond the processing session.
Certain Services require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated analysis and recommendations are provided as decision-support tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for professional decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technolica, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Technolica, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
